Terms of Use - Luawl

Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Luawl's website, runtime protection, loader delivery, verification records, and related services. By presenting an SSI proof or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

1. Access

You must be at least 16 and legally able to use the Service. Access uses a compatible wallet or identity agent that can present a DID, an optional verifiable credential, and a valid cryptographic response to a one-time challenge. Luawl does not require a particular wallet, chain, password, or identity provider.

2. Your wallet and code

You control your wallet, identity keys, credentials, and secrets. Luawl never asks for or takes custody of private keys or seed phrases. You keep ownership of code you submit and confirm that you have the right to protect and deploy it. Luawl receives only a limited right to process that code for the run you request.

3. Protected execution

Luawl handles supported Lua inside an attested, hardware-isolated environment. Submitted source, protected output, and request contents are transient and are not written to Luawl logs or retained after the run. Luawl does not integrate with third-party applications or send your code to an AI provider.

4. Lawful use

Use the Service only for lawful, authorized work. Do not submit code you do not have permission to use; distribute malware or credential theft; access another user's project or record; attack or disrupt Luawl or its infrastructure; bypass authorization or usage controls; or resell access without permission. Good-faith testing of code and protection that you own is allowed, provided it does not attack another user or the Service.

5. Direct crypto payment

Paid access is authorized directly from your wallet. Luawl does not create recurring charges, operate a hosted checkout, or set payment cookies. Network fees and public-ledger records belong to the network and wallet you choose. Pricing and any usage limits are shown before you authorize a payment; consumed usage is not refundable except where law requires otherwise.

6. Security and availability

Attestation can provide evidence that a measured runtime handled a valid request. Obfuscation increases the cost of analysis but cannot guarantee that software on another person's device is unbreakable. The Service may change, be interrupted, or lack compatibility with a particular Lua program.

7. Suspension and changes

Luawl may restrict access for abuse, unlawful use, a security risk, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Luawl may update the Service when needed to preserve its security and zero-retention boundary. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new date.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. Luawl does not promise uninterrupted service, universal compatibility, or absolute protection. The Luawl operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

9. Contact

Questions, security reports, or legal notices should identify the relevant wallet proof or transaction without including private keys or protected source.

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
